£700 - 750 system?

I'm looking to build a system within the budget stated above

I would like to use the R9 390 sapphire card because it performs similarly or better than the newer AMD cards. (Cost around £150-200 on eBay)

What other components do you suggest I go with to play games at 60+ at 1080p (battlefield 1, battlegrounds, h1z1, Overwatch, CoD ect.
