[SOLVED] 0xc00002e3 error?

I'm trying to downgrade my win 10 to win 8.1, it does everything correctly, until the the last restart and then, after the win 8.1 is installed, when the pc is opening, the blue screen pops up showing the error 0xc00002e3, so the pc is restarted again, and again the same error and after all the windows recovers the previus version (windows 10). Any solutions for this?

It doesn't even load the windows 8.1, it doesn't reach to that point, it's a laptop Lenovo 16gb ram, core i3 1,7ghz
