Hey guys, sorry if this thread already exists and I couldn´t find it, but I have to ask.
I have a laptop which has 1.35V RAM and it´s soldered on motherboard (not sure if that sentence is right, but i guess you get it) and I want to extend my RAM using the free slot that there is. I have 1.5V RAM module and I wonder what will happen if I plug it in. I know that it will automatically adjust the frequency to the lower one, but won´t the motherboard or the integrated RAM get hurt from it? I´m asking because if something happens to the integrated RAM, I can´t just replace it, I´d have to buy a new motherboard or laptop.
Thanks
