100% CPU usage when gaming

I have just recently installed a i7-7700k in my computer. i use to have an i5 and had no issues gaming. But now when i play games like overwatch or battlefront 2 my cpu and gpu spike to 100.
Specs:
i7-7700k
16gb ram
win 10
Rx-480

It is not abnormal that this happens, that means that you are maybe not having bottlenecks at all, wich means ur CPU and GPU is working alltogether great.
