Question 100% CPU Usage When Playing Games

I recently built this computer and have found out that my CPU is hitting 100% usage when playing games and I can't figure out why. I've found that other people have this problem and they say that their frame rate spikes but my computer doesn't have any issues keeping a steady frame rate. It runs Modern Warfare at 150-200 frames at low settings consistently but when my computer tries to load certain maps in the game it just turns off than back on automatically it doesn't blue screen or give any error codes. I should also mention that the temperature of my CPU when playing games ranges from 50-60 degrees Celsius so I don't think it's a cooling problem. My computer sometimes turns off right after the legend select screen in Apex Legends goes away as well. It isn't very consistent sometimes it turns off when loading Apex or Modern Warfare maps and other times it gets through the loading screen it' really just a coin toss. It turns off when I play most games except for League of Legends and Gmod. I would appreciate any advice on how to fix it. Thanks for your time. I have the same exact issue. I found turning V-sync reduced the CPU to about 95- 90%
