[SOLVED] 100% CPU usage when playing games.

So i have a ryzen 3 2300x in my pc and when I play some games like Rainbow Six Seige, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare, it uses 100% of its cpu. When this happens, my discord lags and I am unable to talk or here anyone. I dont know what the problem is but I am upgrading the ram I have in my computer to 16gb ddr4 instead of 8gb ddr4. Im assuming this issue has something to do with my CPU but I am not sure how to fix it.

A quad core/thread cpu is barely enough to run those games satisfactorily so running additional applications is pushing it.

usually the games take up most of the cpu like 75 percent.

i had this problem to with 100% usage but only 100 not lower i update my mainboard drivers and works fine then
