Question 100% disk power (task manager) slowing down PC?

Ok so some random programs from windows are maxing out the power of my hard drive, and I believe it is the thing that is causing my computer to slow down a lot. Any suggestions? Here is a screenshot of my task manager. https://ibb.co/tLWBF85

Yes, it does slow it down. I'd consider getting an m.2 ssd or the WD performnce 1TB. You're missing out quite a bit on the extra performance.
