Hello everyone.
Just start with my new 10700k with asus z490 prime-a motherboard, and need some advices how to fully use cpu potential. Do i need to change any settings in bios? I don't want to overlock but want to use all 5100mhz when playing games.

Unless you overclock, 5.10 GHz only when 1/2 cores is active.

Which is basically all you need to get all of that CPUs performance out of games.
That is if it is matched with a very strong GPU because otherwise not even that is needed.

So the results on 3dmark's site, where 10700 marked with all core boost 5100 are all overclocked? Because my I7 marked with 4700 mhz.
