CD/DVD: Asus 24x CD/DVD burner. 20$
Case: HAF 922m. 90$ after rebate
PSU: Corsair TX Series 750w 95$ after rebate
GPU: Galaxy GeForce GTX 580 1.5 GB Video Card 415$ After Rebate


As for the operating system, i'd recommend going to a certain bay of pirates

Or just change the mobo to Asrock Z68 Extreme 3 and buy yourself a copy of Windows 7 home premium 64 bit OEM.

650W PSU would also be enough for the GTX580 and SLI with GTX580 requires 900+.
