[SOLVED] 118 GB ADATA SSD trouble!

I recently bought a PC with an 118 GB ADATA SSD and a 500 GB HDD, and I realized that Windows 10 was installed on the HDD. But when I tried to install Windows on the SSD instead, it challenged me with several errors (something with mbr and gpt). I fixed some of the errors though, but just gave up and used another SSD for Windows.

NOW, my problem is that I still want to make the SSD work as usual, so I can use it for Windows in my other computer. I tried formatting it, using different SATA Ports, using cmd-diskpart to clean, but nothing helped. Now it just doesn't even show up under "This PC".

I tried looking for anything useful in the disk management, but it just says the disk is healthy, active, and a primary partition.

I also tried using the troubleshooting tool for the SSD in the disk management menu, but it requires that the SSD must be formatted. When I try to do so, nothing happens.

I really don't know what to do to make it work, so I'm hoping anyone here can help me.

Regards,
Frederik

Solution
You have 3 drives in that System, Time to open it up and see what's really in there since you only reported 2 drives were installed.
At the installation choices, you might simply need to delete existing assorted partition(s) scheme from the SSD until it shows simply '100-110 GB of unallocated space', then see if Win10 install will proceed with it's preferred GPT/quick format normally.

(Why in the heck does the forum's spell checker not alike my spelling of 'unallocated'?) :)

Which AData SSD is it?
It is an SU800 ssd.

Does it appear in Disk Management?
It does appear in disk management yes, and it says that everything is as it should be (of what I can see).

I just feel like I have already tried that.. But maybe I did something wron in the process 🙄

Please show us a screencap of the Disk Management window.
How do I upload a screencap? It doesn't allow me to insert a link (either in the text or in the "insert link" thing. I'm using Gyazo.

On the "Where do you want to install windows to' screen", delete Allt he partitions on the drive (no other drive should be connected) until the drive shows up as completely "unallocated" and then click next
I will try to do this by the end of the weekend and see if I did something wrong. However, last time I did it it didn't work either. But I will post the errors I recieve here, if I see any.
