1333MHz RAM in 1333MHz OC ram slot?

Hey, the motherboard I would like to get has in its RAM specifications area, the speed of the ram listed as:

"1066/1333 (OC)/1600 (OC)/ 1866 (OC)/ 2000 (OC)"

So basically i was wondering if I could use 1333MHz ram stick in the "1333 (OC)" slot?

Also what do they mean (OC)? As in what is meant to be overclocked?

All slots are the same. It's just bragging rights. I can set my 1066 ram on auto and it will run at 1336 when the cpu is overclocked, but not all ram will run overclocked without errors. You'll just have to try yours.

It means that the stock clock multiples that are available in the BIOS will only support up to 1066 Mhz. - to obtain any of the higher settings you need to OC your system so that it achieves the proper speed instead of just using a BIOS setting to set it at that speed under stock settings. (so not all CPU/RAM combos will be able to reach a specific speed)

Ahh ok, so if I wanted to use the 1333MHz RAM sticks at their 1333MHz speed what would i need to overclock?
