[SOLVED] 144 Hz option missing

I'm having a strange issue that could be associated with Windows 11 since it started happening after I updated from 10. I have an LG monitor with 144 hz capability. After I updated to Windows 11, I noticed that it would revert to another frequency after waking my computer up from sleep. Sometimes 60 sometimes 120hz. I would just revert back manually but every time it happens any options above what it switched to aren't available. If I reboot it will go back to 144hz until it goes into sleep mode, and I wake it back up. Any suggestions on what could be causing the issue or how I can fix it would be greatly appreciated. I think that is because Win11 has dynamic refresh rate (drr). Search how and where the setting is to disable it.
