looking to build a new gaming pc. i have 1440p monitor. so i am looking for a build which is gonna let me run any aaa game on 1440p ultra settings and gonna provide 140+ fps and i will also be fine for coming years. i am also a programming student. so i also do a lot of coding and mutitasking. thx in advance.

Have upped the CPU being as you sound like you'll also be doing multitasking. But in reality, you might not even need the 3700X.
Also if you wanted to go more, you could upgrade the GPU to the 2080 Ti. Just the RX5700XT is excellent value and probably around the 2070S level.

AMD comes with one already.
Well the RX5700XT is better than the 2070 but a fraction of the price. It's closer to 2070S.
As I stated at the bottom of my previous one, if you wanted to go further, go up to 2080. The 2070S IMO isn't worth it compared to the RX5700XT.

What particular reason do you want RTX for? Streaming?
