I'm looking into buying a new monitor and I've narrowed it down to two.

Option 1:
ASUS VG27AQ
Pro:
IPS 27 inch flat display.
Also has ELMB-sync which is supposed to make high refresh rates smoother

Option 2:
Dell S3220DGF
Pro:
VA 32 inch curved display (1800R)

All the other specs are similar enough I'd be fine with either. They are also basically the same price in Canada (550$ vs 570$).

Currently I have a 1080p flat 27in 60hz display. I will use it mainly for gaming and coding.

My dilemma:
Is a curved display fine for coding?
Would you guys with experience recommend 27inch flat or 32inch curved and why?

Thank you very much!

My bad on the 2k, I should have been more clear. I am looking for 1440p. The monitors I listed are 1440p. They both have a high refresh rate (165 and 155hz) and the delay I am not concerned about. Which of the two listed would you recommend?
