Question 14900KF BSODs

Purchased the system through NZXT UK , 14900kf . ROG STRIX B660-A GAMING WIFI and 64gb of RAM @ 6000mhz , , rtx 4090 ., the system throws up BSODs sometimes when games are updating , gaming and restarting the computer . im aware of the BSOD issues with raptor lake and a BIOS update is out to circumvent the issue , should i be worried of the fact that the chip could already be damaged and if so will intel help me? The issue started abt 7 months ago and has started happening more frequently now.

Have you checked temps for cpu and gpu with hwmonitor?

Have you uninstalled gpu drivers using DDU, then downloading and installing them As Administrator in Safe Mode.
Have you tried a different gpu and ram to eliminate particular components?

Does it run stable in safe mode?
