Question 1600hz Ram not working on 1333hz motherboard pls help me

i have old pc i decided upgrading it little bit i have msi g41m-p26 with 2x2gb 1333hz ram installed in it ibought 2x4gb 1600hz and tryed installing in it but its not working(i know how to use ram properly and tryed many times but still nothing) its not even let me to open bios with new ram i was forced install old one when i turned on pc it said that previous overcloack has failed after that i get this ram back to where i bought they checked it in front of my eyes and it was working ok they told me to bring my pc so i did it a they checked my motherboard and told me that 1600hz is not supported so it would not work they also said that they could install new bios that may fix the issiue but it was risky so i said no and comeback home with same ram( they did not changed nor get it back sadly) i thought and everyone told me that hz dont matter and motherboard would automaticly set 1600hz to 1333hz can anyone help me right now is any way to fix this issue (sry for my english)

i dont think thats the issue everyother website that sell that exact motherboard says that max is 8gb amazon ebay everysingle website also i tryed using only one 4gb ram and its not working also i have seen people installing 8gb of ram on same exact motherboard and you can still https://www.mrmemory.co.uk/memory-ram-upgrades/msi-micro-star/motherboard/g41m-p26 you can check it on ebay or amazon only offical webise say that it support only 4gb if it even does so one stick should work right
