I have an Intel NUC8I7BEH3 and recently wanted to upgrade it from 16 to 32gb ram.
I was running the Corsair Vengeance modules and went for the same brand

Somehow Geekbench 5 can see the 32gb DDR4 ram:

But not the System Information or BIOS (which I have upgraded to the latest version). Any idea what I can do?

Thanks for the replies.
Just like Geekbench, CPU-Z sees the 32gb memory just fine, so I guess we can exclude any module or slot/installation faults:

Slot 1 and 2 exactly the same

However, task manager only sees 16gb. The main reason I upgraded was for Premier Pro and Photoshop - I wonder if they are using the added ram or only sees 16. I'm really confused!

Thank you for the last tip! I took out one of the modules and booted up the NUC. Took longer to start up so something was going on. As I entered the bios, it registered one module as 16gb so progress!
I put in the second module and 32gb registered

I can only think that taking out one module reset someting in the bios - in any case, thanks for the help!!!!
