Question 1ms 75hz or 4ms 144hz?

I'm thinking of upgrading from a 1080p 75hz 1ms monitor to a 1440p 144hz 4ms Samsung S27R750, I'm wondering if the 4ms will be noticable/a hinder whilst in FPS games keeping the 144hz in mind.
