I would like to play modern games like Far Cry 3 and Borderlands 2 at an FPS that isn't 15 on lowest settings.

The thing I'm worried about here, is the CPU bottleneck the GFX because it is a P variant therefore it does not perform as well as other Processors in the same price range because the P stands for Power, so it tries to save power.
