Splendid
After reading the forum sticky and searching the forums I can not discern which is better...1T timings or 2T timings. Would someone clarify?

Thx.

Edit: Figured it out... "Command Rate: Also called CPC (Command Per Clock). The amount of time in cycles when the chip select is executed and the commands can be issued. The lower (1T) the faster the performance, but 2T is used to maintain system stability. On Intel based machines, 1T is always used where the number of banks per channel are limited to 4."

1T is always slightly better in terms of performance. i guess you have some benchmarks available in several websites that prove it. Anyway, the difference isn't much, mostly noticed on benchmark SW like 3DMark or PCMark or when measuring the frame rate in a game at high resolutions (you'll measure a difference loss like 2 or 3 less FPS from 1T to 2T).

If you have 1T now and want to duplicate the RAM capacity keeping the current dimms, do it with no performance problem (just check compatibillity before buying checking the DIMM timmings and voltage).
