2 Computers - Same network totally different upload speeds

Hello,
I have been having an issue with low upload speeds. I am currently geting 50+Mbps download but only get 1.33-1.48 Upload speeds. My second computer on the same network (laptop) gets the same download speeds but boasts 4.5+Mbps Upload. Heck when connected to via wifi the laptop still gets 2+Mbps any ideas as to what could be causing the low upload speeds?

Do you get better speeds if you temporarily disable your firewall and/or anti virus? These can cause speed reductions. You can also try updating your LAN driver.

Could this still be an open topic? I'm getting the same thing this person did and I've never activated the firewall at all. Updated drivers too.
