2 different itx motherboard choices??

So I'm trying to decide between two motherboards for my new m-itx build. These two seem to me like the exact same board but with different chipsets (I don't know what that does?) but all the same ports. I scanned through both of their pages and they seem like clones of themselves, except the $20 more "gaming" one has bluetooth and some included software. Is there any good reason I should buy this one and not the basic one? Here are their pages:

H110I PRO AC
B150I GAMING PRO AC

On a mini-ITX board like the one above all of the extra features of B150 chipset go completely unused. Just get whichever one is cheaper.

I would personally go for the B150 since it offers in general better value and build quality than H110 boards - Also in this case: The Gaming Pro B150 board from MSI u mentioned is also sold with all features except bluetooth and wifi, so if those aren't necessary for you, you can shave off a some money due to that and the prices of both boards shouldn't be too far apart anymore

What do you mean better build quality? The 2 pictures of the motherboards look identical.

Chipsets have nothing to do with quality.
