I originally bought a kit of 16GB 3200mhz DDR4 Crucial Ballistix RAM but one of the sticks didn't end up working whereas the second one did. I then ordered another kit of 16GB 3000mhz DDR4 corsair vengance lpx RAM to see if that would work and it had the exact same issue. But when I use both the working RAM sticks my system works fine.

I have already done every possible combination of RAM in every socket and nothing has seemed to work.

I have reset the CMOS and all my components are in working order so I am wondering if it's that unlikely that both (brand new and ordered from amazon) RAM kits had a defective stick or whether I have somehow killed the RAM through something I did.

Many Thanks

some 450W one idk
That might be the root of your issues.

As for your ram, you never mix and match ram kits even if they might have the same timings, different frequencies from the same brand. Akin to wearing two different sized shoes on both of your feet.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard at the time of writing?
