2 Gb Fibre Channel - Can I Run Win ME on this?

I don't want SCSI-160 anymore. It now pales in comparison to 2 gigabit Fibre Channel. With 200MB/SEC Tx rate. My question is this... can I make this my booting hard drive? Booting to Win ME so I can play games too? Of course I'll have System Commander & Win 2K Server too, but I WANNA PLAY TOO!!!!

are you sure you want to do this? 1) a fibre channel controller is more expensive than a scsi one. 2) the drives made for these two types of devices perform the same. you will not get any added benefit with one drive by having a fibre channel card. to take advantage of the extra bandwidth you would need a raid card and several drives. also 32bit pci 33MHz bus tops out at 133MB/s anyway so either option is capped at this speed unless you have a 64bit pci slot. not to mention for a comparable price you could buy a 2 channel scsi card and have 320MB/s bandwidth instead of 200MB/s.
