Question 2 Monitors working fine, until the first one loses signal

Ive got 2 Monitors. Main one (144hz), the second one (60hz). And I also use a VR. GPU is RTX 2070.
The main Monitor and vr are connected via DisplayPorts, and the second monitor is cnnected via HDMI. Everything was fine.

I used to use both monitors for several months, however today overnight the main monitor can't detect signal. What can I do ?
(I am also using windows 10)

Already tried restarting, unplugging and plugging back in the cable, trying the "detect" in the display settings. All drivers are up to date.

Have you tried swapping in known working video cables?

Do you have another known working monitor or even a TV that you could swap in for the main monitor?

Or install the main monitor on another computer?

Determine if the problem stays with the current host computer (via motherboard iGPU or GPU) or if the problem follows the monitor.
