So, I really want to get community input on this. I know a decent amount about computers, but I’ve never been much into bechmarking performance until recently.
Long story short. I bought an EVGA 2080ti Black Edition for a new system I’ve built. Specs are:
Core i9 9900K
Asus ROG Maximus Hero XI
XPA 1Tb NVMe
Corsair RM750x
Noctua DH-15
64Gig Corsair RGB Pro 3200 CL15
I benched it with GFX Bench on Open GL and it delivered shockingly low results. I contacted EVGA about it and their response was very odd as they first said my score on Firestrike was indeed low, and then after it raised up a single percentage point from ¿supposedly? reinstalling the drivers, they claimed it was operating as normal.
My combined total was somewhere around 26,000. Can anyone with more knowledge than me or the same card confirm whether or not that is indeed acceptable?
