So to shorten it all down..

my rtx 2080 ti has been an issue for me the last month..

i've replaced the GPU.. still same issue (gpu fans spin max speed from boot nonstop)

I've replaced PSU.. Same issue again..

So it's the motherboard..

I've contacted them them and what they suggested is changing the PCI slot in use to the free one..

So I did and walllaaah! problem sorted..

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....

my question is...

GPU was in the PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
Now its In..
PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4

will it make a difference? espcially gaming cause if not then im okay with it..
if it does then i gotta go through the hassle of getting it replaced..

Yes it will not get full potential in X4 slot. Need to RMA your motherboard.
