Question 240mm cooler too big for top mount

Hey, I just started building my gaming PC. My case is the Endorfy Ventum 200 Air, my CPU is an i5-13600KF, and I bought an Endorfy Navis F240 cooler. While building, I realized that my cooler is too big for a top mount in my case. The RAM sticks are a few millimeters in the way of the radiator. Now, what should I do? Should I go for an air cooler instead, or is a TD02-SLIM, which is only 37mm thick, enough for cooling my CPU?
Thank you for any ideas

As per the data sheet...
CPU COOLER CLEARANCE [MM]161

This is 160mm and very good...

Review:

As for the SLIM unit, I wont choose that if this is for gaming...

If the CM Stealth has RAM clearance issue, you can get this too...

Return the aio if you can. I would consider a good twin tower air cooler.
it will cool just as well as a 280 aio.
And, airflow over the motherboard and graphics card will be better with an air cooler.
Noctua maintains a list of suitable coolers.
Here is the list for a 13600K:
And, do not be overly worried about cooling of a 13600K in a gaming environment:
