They like all other intel CPU's come with a std heat sink which is not suitable for good overclocks, an aftermarket heat sink is recommended.

Good choice for the fact you don't need a $50+ h/s with these sandy bridge cpu's in order to keep them cool with a decent o/c. And yes that case has more than enough room for that h/s.

Yes it should fit fine. The cooler is 158.5mm tall and the case is 253mm wide.
