Question 27'' 1440p for rendering and gaming

Hi everybody, I'm looking for a 27'' 1440p monitor that can give me color accuracy (I work with 3D-modelling, rendering, a little bit of graphics) but also the possibility to play some games in my freetime. The biggest problem? I can only spend 300-350€

I know I should go for an IPS monitor and I know they don't have the best response time at this price, but colors are more important to me. Anyway, on Amazon I found out that a lot of monitors comes with backlight bleeding (Samsung has the worst quality control, it seems) and most of the choice I have doesn't have the AMD's Freesync: is it a big deal, knowing that I'll surely go for a Nvidia GPU?

My probably specs for CPU and GPU will be Intel i7-9700k and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070

I've seen these models, but I hope there are more:

- BenQ PD2700Q

- Philips 272B8QJEB

- Asus PB278QR

- Asus MZ27AQ (a little bit off-budget)

- Asus BE27AQLB

What do you think?

The only problem with this is that it’s not the panel you requested, but It’s pretty good for the price:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MXQG3C/dell-s2719dgf-270-2560x1440-155-hz-monitor-s2719dgf

It’s 27 inches, 1440p AND 155hz. It’s also got a 1ms response time. It’s not the panel you requested, but it does have AMD freesync and you can download drivers if you want Nvidia g-sync. It’s more on-brand too. The price is $300, so on the lower end of your budget with pretty great reviews! I hope this helps!
