Question 27" QHD Samsung LS27H850QFEXXS or Dell U2719D? IPS vs PLS? 4ms vs 6ms?

I am looking for a 27" QHD monitor. I narrowed down to

• Samsung LS27H850QFEXXS https://www.samsung.com/sg/monitors/wqhd-s27h850/
• Dell U2719D https://www.dell.com/en-sg/shop/dell-ultrasharp-27-monitor-u2719d/apd/210-aqwz/monitors-monitor-accessories

Seems like the main diff are:

• Panel type: PLS vs IPS
• Response time: 4ms vs 8ms
• Connectivity: USB C vs None

Any other main features that I missed out? Any other recommendations? Based purely on specs, seems like Samsung is a winner? Dell seems more known for quality esp in Ultrasharp series? But I do have a samsung thats really good so far

I was originally looking at other features like high response times/refresh rates but was told they are more for FPS gamers. My use case is mostly work/internet/videos and occasional games. I want something easy on the eyes tho since as a software engineer, I look at the screen alot

Anyone have any comments about this? Or maybe whether Dell Ultrasharp is known to be better than Samsung in general?
