You can't. Mobos never run at exact spec, but none will be out by <b>80</b>Mhz!.. 8Mhz Maybe. That clockspeed is for a Barton 2800+, running at 12.5x166, IMO.
for '400FSB' to be around true, He'd have to have his FSB at around 208Mhz, and no board would run that as a stock '200Mhz' FSB...
The only 2 XP chips with aboout that clockspeed are the Barton 2800+ and the T-bred 2600+, both with 166/333FSB.
There are only 2 400FSB bartons that I'm aware of - 2.1Ghz (3000+) and 2.2Ghz (3200+). They did also make a 166/333FSB 3000+ chip at around 2.16Ghz.
I guess there's a gap in there for a 2Ghz 400FSB chip, which could possibly warrant a rating of 2900+... But then their 3000+ is 100Mhz faster for 'only' 100PR points, and that still doesn't explain the extra 80Mhz....
