Hello.
I'm new to this site and I hope I can get some help. I was running CyberLink PowerDirector 16 (64-bit) and noticed to much lag on a 4K video during playback.
I used to see/use both CPU's before, even when running the video editor. Nothing happen to the computer.

- I checked the Task Manager (TM) and I noticed that the CPU was running +95%. When looking at the detail I noticed that only one (of the 2) of my CPU's is showing in the TM, all 6 cores working.
- I checked the Resource Monitor (RM) and it only shows CPU 0 to 5.
- I checked the Device Manager and all 12 cores are there. ( Intel Xeon E5645 @ 2.44GHz. 6 cores per CPU)
- I checked the BIOS and the 2 CPUs are there too.
