[SOLVED] 2x16gb but only 22.5-23gb shows up!

I just installed 2x16gb from Teamgroup T-Force Delta DDR4 3000mhz (PC4-24000) into my MSI performance Gaming amd x470

In my bios, the whole 32k shows up. But in task manager, only 22.5-23gb of ram will show. So what's wrong? and is there a way I can fix this?

and resource monitor says total is 22999

In MSCONFIG go to boot then advanced settings. Uncheck the max memory option and apply then reboot. See if that works. Or you can check it and use the max...see if this helps.
