3.0C: should i buy online?

Hi guys ...
Just need some help here. Should i buy the processor online as the price here in singapore is 333. That's about USD 208.Would it be higher including shipping charges if i buy online compared to if i were to buy locally?
3.2c is going for 393 which i think is a bit too high.Nevertheless, i've been tracking the price for 2 months and it has practically not moved a bit. Have they stopped production on this number cos only 2 shops seem to have em on a list of over 20.

Are processors cheap in taiwan at the moment? I read there was dumping there . If anyone knows a reliable link, could you paste here pls?

Same as dinoshan (but in UE, France).
Price here start @ 210 EUR for a P4C 3.0 (and are getting very rare).

I'd be happy with some links about overseas companies with reputation.
Are there other than neweggs & ebay ?
