3000mhz on Ryzen 5 1600

Does my trident z rgb 8x2 3000mhz good to go with ryzen 5 1600?? Heard that ryzen have issues in 3000mhz and up rams..

for 2 sticks it does not have problems, and if it does from what i read 2933mhz with agesa 1.0.0.6 beta bios is very stable for now, until the end of june a full agesa 1.0.0.6 bios will arrive and all memories will work without problems.

For my case, until the beta bios which was just lunched i was not able to use more then 2133 mhz for my memories (4x8 GB, kingston savage 2800mhz) now i m able to use them at 2666 mhz, for me 2800 mhz still would not boot but is justa beta bios, i m sure that when the full bios will be released i can use them at 2800 mhz.

^ partly true. ryzen only has 2133/2400/2666/2933/3200 bus speeds. so u have to bump up ur ram to 2933. its a no go at 2800.

The new bios has smaller increments, you can do 2800 now. So i ve seen in my bios.

Even tho the new values are unstable/unbootable, they are present now, from what i ve been reading the new values are not so well implemented yet but good news is that old values are stable for booting now even in 4 sticks configuration (2400, 2666 , 2933, 3066)

^ yeah with the aegas 1.0.0.6 update. so i have heard. havent got a ryzen build myself XD
