300Mbps vs 600Mbps for gaming?

Which one should I choose?

There is literally no difference between the two for gaming

Those speeds are only for transferring data locally, through the router.

So if your brother (for example) copies let's say 10 movies from you, 300Mbps or 600Mbps will be your transfer speed.

So definitely go for the 300Mbps one.
