I'm getting low CPU utilization (around 50%) in-game and I'm capping AROUND 130-140fps at 1080p AND 1440p (regardless of settings). Any ideas as to how I can fix it? I know I should be getting around 220 fps at 1080p.
I used DDU to uninstall and update to the latest drivers after upgrading my card, anything else?
Rig:
RTX 3080
10600k H510i AIO
16gb Gskill 3600 RAM
SSD and HHD installed

It's one stick of 3600mhz DDR4! Does one stick really cause issue? I had no idea! I believe it's clocked at 4.9ghz...

That's a big problem; single-channel RAM is going to severely bottleneck you. Buy another stick of the exact same RAM. You'll have 32 GB of RAM (more than you need) but you'll be running dual channel RAM which will provide a huge performance boost.

3666 MHz RAM? I've heard of 2666 MHz RAM and 3600 MHz RAM, but not 3666; which is it? Is it one stick of 16 GB or two sticks of 8 GB? If you are using 2666 MHz RAM or one one stick of 16 GB, I'd say that's part of your problem.

Is your 10600k overclocked? Your fps can easily be CPU limited due to lower clock speeds. If you are not overclocked, you should do so; most i5-10600k CPUs can be overclocked to 5.0 GHz on all 6 cores with some being able to achieve as high as 5.1 GHz on all 6 cores. Doing so will be a free fps boost.

I'm having the exact same issue and I'm severely discouraged.

Gigabyte RTX 3080
8700k @ 5.05GHz
32gb DDR4 3200
850W 80+ Gold
rest of build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bK9rxc

I have a 240Hz monitor that I'd love to utilize. I know that I should be experiencing bottlenecking but this seems absurd as I've seen no change from my previous 1080 Ti. I saw Nickmercs was rocking 200+fps...

Note: Peep Nick's FPS prior to Season 6...

I bet Nickmercs is not using a 6 core / 12 thread 8700k. Warzone is happiest with high clock speeds and high cores/threads.
