Question 3080 low FPS?

I have an i7-10700k
Asus strix 3080
32gb 3.2 pc4 RAM
850w psu

I am only getting around 120-150 FPS in warzone on low and high settings. I have seen people get 180-200 frames depending on settings. I have updated al drivers and changed bios to 3rd gen. Is my cpu bottlenecking or what could be the issue?

I don't play warzone, but is there some sort of FPS limiter in the game that you may have on, because I know that some games have them as well as VSYNC (which obviously isn't on due to you hitting 120-150fps still) - What resolution are you playing on?

I’m have set to unlimited for FPS which goes off computer preformance. I have tried to do custom FPS and no avail. 1080p

Hmm, thats strange, your PC is really high end, so I wouldn't expect a CPU bottleneck, I'd check your temps, just incase you are throttling at all?

I have my rgb set to different colors dependent on temp and the only thing that has changed from green to a yellowish green is one of my RAM sticks.

My gpu is only running at 40% usage as well and my cpu almost never goes about 10% unless streaming

That sounds like a bottle neck from somewhere, I used to get that when hitting my power limit on my PSU. But I wouldn't know why for you.
