32Gb SSD + 2TB HDD (Raid 0) - Do I need to defrag?

Hey guys, just wondering if it's a good idea to do a defrag on my drives?

This computer had both the SSD + HDD join together for Intel Smart Response. Do I need to do a disk defrag on these or can I just defrag the HDD?

Any advantages or disadvantages?

SSD's don't suffer from fragmentation, so it can't be defragged anyways. No reason not to defragment your HDD though, if it is fragmented.

On a side note: if you're running Windows 7, there's usually no need to defrag since it does it on its own in the background
