350-450$ display options for my gtx 1070

I have a gtx 1070 and intel 6600k
What are the best choices for me?
My budget max at 450$

either 1080p 144+Hz Gsync or 1440p 60Hz. I will pick former if you play FPS games, mmorpg is better with latter.

These two monitors are out of reach for me where I live . The best choices avilable for me now are Acer Predator XB241H and Dell s2417dg .
I feel like Dell s2417dg is overkill for my build but it comes for the same price for me . still am worried about its visual quality .
any idea?
