ya you really need to be specific because a bunch of known issues.. maybe FRAPS is your problem.

what is it showing? mine showed on the right side where the compared systems part is, but it was really my score and info.

P22958 is the score with the new 10.3a drivers, GPUs at stock (3x5870s)

Alright, I have some new scores. Current specs are in my signature.

Old results (Cat 9.12 HF, Stock i5):

3DMark06: (default) 17618 (CPU:4289, SM2.0: 6927, SM3.0: 8971)
Vantage: P14351 (GPU: 14958, CPU: 12795)

New results:

3DMark06: (default) 19031 (CPU:4657, SM2.0: 7845, SM3.0: 9631)
Vantage: P14940 (GPU: 15376, CPU: 13768)

Nothing earth shattering, but not bad for new drivers and 15 seconds of OC work (and only a 1-2 K increase in temps).

You need to crank up that 750 to at least 3.8Ghz 😉

Yep, but the problem is I'm also a bit of an efficiency and cool running freak, so I like even more seeing things like max Prime95 temps of 45C and still having Turbo and EIST (or whatever Intel power saving is called).

Well heres the deal. thats vantage* not the already beaten 3dmark 06 your score for 06 should be around 21K with a 3.3 cpu clock.

3DMarks put a big emphasis on the CPU and aren't necessarily that "real world". Before you can compare scores, you have to compare the CPUs.

did you have v-sync enabled when you ran 06? What driver are you using for your GTX 260?

V-sync in Nvidia control panel was set to allow program to choose, now set to force off. Gonna try test again.

Using newest driver from nvidia for gtx260, win7 64bit
GeForce/ION Driver Release 196

I got over 14k as an x3 at 3Ghz.. Not sure why your score is so low..
