I used 5870's in CF and added a 9800gt which I stole from my 2nd system (and put the 8800gts in it's place). Without the dedicated physX card, it only scores about 25k.
I'm not running at 4Ghz. I'm only on air and haven't felt completely comfortable with that. I've gone as high as 3.8, but I haven't tested it without the physX card yet.
I decided to try my system without the dedicated Nvidia card. I then removed it and got a P26024 result.
I noticed that I still didn't qualify for a legitamate result and found that Cat 9.12 drivers were not eligible. I reverted my drivers back to Cat 9.11 and scored P24296.
The difference in Cat 9.11 and 9.12 drivers is quite large. About 1700 points large. Now I can't wait to see what 10.1 drivers will bring if the last set can make such a large difference.
Actually compared to my score in vantage it's not that bad...but that's because I have a ati card which doesn't have physx...and that matters a lot in vantage...

That's a pretty dramatic increase. What was changed between the two?
I know 😉 all i did was overclock the video card to 655/1415/1220 from stock 655/1404/1125
Temps were fine, seems like this GPU has a bit of headroom....
The core clock is maxed out at 655, I know that but it seems like I can push the memory pretty far.... I have not BSOD yet so I guess I will try and see how far I can push the clocks.
Note: My "previous score" is null since it was running at 3.2Ghz but yet Vantage shows 3.8Ghz. This is due in part that I downclocked my CPU via Turbo V and not the Bios.....
