400w enough for 1060 6gb?

Now that cryptocurrency is dying down and the new volta GPU's are set to release soon im hoping I can buy a GTX 1060 6gb for a lower price. My question is, would a 400w PSU be enough for the GPU?

According to game-debate, 400w should be enough for a GTX1060 6GB (http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/index.php?gid=3540&graphics=GeForce%20GTX%201060)

Also, pcpartpicker shows your PC's estimated wattage on the left side when choosing a PC part.

3rd option, calculate your PC's wattage yourself, add each part's wattage and you will see the total.

you should be able too, they are quite efficient. I have seen many running a 1060 6gb with default oem 300-350w.

I would be more concerned with quality. If budget is an issue, this would be better.
