Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

1| Use HWInfo.

2| We're going to need context on your build. Please list the specs to your current system like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

3| We're also going to need to know what you were working with prior to the RTX4090. If you performed an upgrade, did you run DDU prior?

4| What are you ambient room temps?

i don't have information about all those things because i test it via third party who is building my pc and i don't know which specs he used to test my gpu , so would appreciate if you answer my question whether these temps are okay or not.

I'm wondering how much the application itself is contributing here too.
Furmark is pretty notorious for pushing GPUs beyond normal load.

I'd try another benchmark, and put up some in-game temps too along w/ full system specs.

I'm betting the case airflow is lacking or not setup very well, case + room ambient is high - or some combination of them.
Reason: Memory junction is good. The gpu core to hot spot gap is also good(approx 20C or lower), but the maximums are high.
There is no case.

Again test it with superposition same max temps:
