4850x2 CF not working.

HEY, when i put my 4850x2 in or out of CF i see no diff in fps, sometimes less without CF, latest drivers, (my comp can hadle the card) are any drivers better then the 9.8 for this card???

Hey, I have a 4870x2 (and another 4870 for trifire) but from what I understand with your post, you have just one 4850x2?? The Crossfire is always on. From what I understand in order to disable Xfire on a X2 card you have to go in, and under AI, in the CCC disable Catalyst A.I. So when you have Crossfire disabled or enabled, it's essentially the same thing, and wont' change anything, try to disable Catalyst A.I. and you should see a drop in performance. Hope this helps

even with the CF option crossfire is not disabled?? these cards are not like the 3870x2's i thought you could... besides 17fps seems low with crysis @ 1680x1050... i turned AI off and i saw 18fps avg... the same as before, if one of my cores was dead nothing would work, stupid card

the cf option defoe works, when its disabled it only shows one gpu in CCC and on it shows two
