4GB RAM installed, 3.88GB usable?

Hello, thank you for looking at my post. I just recently built a desktop gaming computer and I absolutely adore it. I does what it needs to do and that makes me very happy. My only problem is, when looking at my system properties, it says "Installed Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB (3.88 GB usable)." Why is that so? My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64x so that should't be a problem. I've been looking around the internet for a solve but I have found nothing.

Not sure if any of this will help, but this is my system's specs:
Intel G860 3Ghz
Galaxy Geforce GT 620 2 GB
Crucial Ballistix 2x2 (4 GB) Memory
Asrock Z75 Pro3 Mobo
Seagate Barracuda 500 GB
Corsair CX430

Reset the bios settings place the cards in 2nd and 4th slots and set the ram settings according to the ram specified settings.

It is like that because it is using that part of your RAM (in this case 0.12GB of your RAM) for your integrated graphics.

Disable intel processor graphics from Bios...........! It worked for me

So basically shut down your PC then hold the DEL button from numpad and turn on your PC, once the BIOS appear, release the DEL button (Note: If DEL not work try F1, F2 or F10)
