5 beeps on start up

i wanted to reset my bios, i took out the cmos battery then reset jumper..now it doesnt start up at all it just gives me 2 short beeps then 3 beeps, what can the problem be?

I figured out that it was my graphics card..it wasnt placed properly..at first i thought it was my cpu till I started fooling around with everything.
