I don't know why, but my 5600x can't seem to be able to score above 10500. The highest score I've seen on my CPU was around 10320. That's with PBO enabled and done in an air-conditioned room. I've seen that the average score for a 5600x was a little over 11K in Cinebench R23, but mine is struggling, even with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin PA120. Temps go up to around 80-80.5°C even with my AC at full blast. Can anyone suggest anything why this is happening?

Edit: I've attached my Cinebench score that was done in a non-airconditioned room.

Your results are not too much out of line.

How are you doing with your normal work?
Is it gaming or batch apps?

What are the rest of your specs?
In particular the ram.
Ryzen needs fast ram to perform well.
I mostly game with a bit of editing on the side. I also do a lot of video interpolation and video enhancing too. My specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming
Memory: 32 GB 3200cl16 HyperX Fury
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GAMING OC 8G
PSU: Cooler Master MWE Bronze 750
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin PA120

Edit: I've already undervolted my CPU by around -0.03125V. Stock voltage got my CPU going a little too hot, and my scores were abysmal, at around 9632.
