aorus b550 elite v2
750Wv2 corsair

I wanted to play some cs so i booted it up and got around 180-200 fps on low settings, it was extremly bad so i installed a fresh windows and updated my bios,
i installed chipset drivers and it didnt change anything except for turning on xmp

After this i got a score of around 8.5k which is very bad (CPU score)

Then i tried changing ccd control to 1ccd

ccd control auto and pbo disabled

pbo advanced, pbo limits manual: ppt 190W, tdc 130W, edc 180A + disabled cool and quiet

pbo advanced, pbo limits manual: ppt 190W, tdc 130W, edc 300A (changed edc bc it wasnt going above 108)

750Wv2 corsair
Corsair is the brand of the PSU while 750W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model of the unit?

updated my bios,
Did you clear the CMOS after you'd made sure that the BIOS was successfully updated to the latest? Did you recreate the bootable installer for you OS and did you install in an offline mode? The OS tends to download drivers it thinks is right for your platform when you allow www access to it during OS install.

3d benchmarks says that 10269 is normal for the 5900x and you get above that so there is no problem with your system.

im getting 9k with oc pbo, curves, xmp, optimized power plan
and from what i looked at 10k is not a norm even with untouched bios
or this guy with a worse pc that got 3k more than me
some other examples

Maybe the highest scoring system are using expensive higher end motherboards and ram kits or overvolting to CPU so it can hold boost longer just get the highest score they can before defaulting the voltages or what ever they change?
You know what over clockers are like for squeezing everything they can to obtain the highest score they can achieve with their current hardware.
